Staying at this hotel for a short break was really nice, I totally recommend it. Everything was fantastic, the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I loved the delicious breakfast options that catered to all tastes. the double room I stayed in for 3 nights was perfect, with a hot shower, a TV, and a comfortable king-sized bed. the location is excellent, right next to a tube station and surrounded by lovely restaurants, shops, and cafes on High St It's a great spot for exploring the area and all that London has to offer.

Efficient check-in, particularly good location right by South Kensington for many years, the tube and plenty of decent shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and underground and Kensington attractions. Reasonable and savoury breakfast with a very popular omelette station and with brilliant food available.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was set in a lovely area, just a short walk to the underground station and there were plenty of shops located nearby. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the dining options, with a restaurant that served delicious food and a bar/lounge area where we could unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff truly worked hard to provide excellent service, and we were grateful for the warm welcome we received upon arrival.
The only downside we found was that the spa came with an additional fee. However, we still highly recommend this hotel to all.
